Challenges: Some challenges I came across during this project was the variety of length and categories of recipes submitted by students. Some recipes would be about half a page while some could extent up to 3 pages. This created a challenge to come up with a layout that would fit both short and long recipes, which included titles, ingredients, directions, and personal message about the recipe.

Solution: My solution was to keep all written recipes to the right side and images to the left side. For recipes with longer than one page, I highlighted some quotes from the student’s personal message.
